While I loved the ingredients in here and the texture wasn’t too mushy, it was a bit bland for me. There’s really no distinct flavor, but you can taste the individual textures of each ingredient.
#veganisnotscary This tasted exactly like sushi and Kimbap it was tangy and sweet. I loved the crunchy daikons and carrots! Definitely easy to make and a must-try!
