Everything came together so beautifully. The fragrance from the truffle and mustard seeds, the lovely crisp from the bread and that rooty texture of the squash slice. Pretty delightful

Things got a little too wild up in here. The “steak” was a watermelon that has been dehydrated to an interesting meaty texture. And yeah it didn’t taste anything like watermelon. Black pepper sauce in a saucer on the side. more
