So happy to have found a gluten free, vegan chili! I prefer chili from scratch, but when you're in a hurry this is great! We usually put it on Navajo tacos or fries with cashew cheese.

I was excited to try these, but they were a let down. They weren't bad, just not great. The casing is weird, it looks like plastic and the taste is just not what I expected. Very herby, more like a sausage than a brat. I think l stick with beyond

It looks like there’s plastic wrap on them. Are you supposed to take that off before cooking?

I thought the same and I've triple checked the cooking instructions. It doesn't say to remove the casing and even lists the ingredients in the casing
