Completely cut out meat and dairy, reduced a lot eggs and fish... it’s a journey!
good vanilla gelato, will do the job, a bit too sweet though, I prefer the M&S plant kitchen one, tastes more like the real thing

Mix of 2 salads ~ fennel and corn ~ plus plant based protein strips. Very nice and light
consistency is too soft, so I wouldn’t use it like the original, but it tastes very close and because it’s not as firm it can also be turned into a spread. very nice!
