The final course of four in our We Cafe experience. The cafe has been in
business 6 months and stands on busy corner in Kloof Street. It has commandeered a piece of public land with full permission of the neighbours as this space used to attract vagrants. An awning stretches over a concrete space on three levels with plantings breaking up the somewhat urban feel. This dish is described thus: as with every journey, I think the breath of fresh air will be nice before we leave. Last to your delight is a weightless almond sponge with blackberry mousse and coconut snow that takes us to the sky. To clouds of joy. I had thought that I couldn't eat another thing but this was perfection on air.
