This was amazing. It is nicely fried and has got a good crisp going

on the outside. But it’s what’s going on inside that’s a different story. Soft rice cake on the inside with bits of crunchy carrots. It slowly melts on your tongue. Too good!

carrot + yam cake. Literally the BEST in sg, can’t find any other place that

makes it this soft and fluffy with no oilinesss!

this tasted more like a hashbrown than the traditional carrot cake u find at dimsum

places and is quite soft, slightly soggy and difficult to get a proper hold of with utensils D: for the price, it isn’t the best deal but still, it was a pleasant experience as I haven’t eaten normal carrot cake in AGES! I really wanted to try the yam cake too though, so hopefully I will go back and try next time 😋

Fugly looking but taste is spot on. Burnt the tongue biting into it. Texture is

(liquidy?) indescribable..I call it the Molten Collapsible Carrot Cake 😷

Definitely crispy. Definitely tasty. Definitely yummy. The only thing is that the grease could be

a tad too much. But if you're looking for something to perk you up, this could be it!

pretty basic and normal! nothing really surprising, wish it was crispier!
