Review of Carrot Cake at Nature Cafe by soy-orbison

This was amazing. It is nicely fried and has got a good crisp going on the outside. But it’s what’s going on inside that’s a different story. Soft rice cake on the inside with bits of crunchy carrots. It slowly melts on your tongue. Too good!
