The soup is not bad. I'm usually very happy eating here but sadly first time came with family of 6 and they weren't impressed since the portions are quite small for the prices (range from $12 to $15 for the mains and the flavors are missing, adding some salt did help, though.
Vegan take on Chinese hot and sour soup, brimming with silken tofu, enoki and shiitake mushrooms, black fungus, seaweed, shredded carrot, ginger, alongside cilantro and spring onion as garnishing. 🍲🍄🟫🥕 Smooth and appetising with a tangy and slightly spicy flavour profile! Personally thought soy skin sticks could have been used instead of silken tofu, in order to more closely resemble beaten egg. 🍳 (Allium-free option available, $4.90 Small) #sgvegan #chinesefood #wholefoodplantbased #wfpb #glutenfree
This soup is so full of ingredients that every spoonful is loaded. Add on the vinegar for an extra kick.
yum! i hardly find these at vegan places. This is why ivegan is so special
This hot and sour soup has seaweed which others don’t use. A little special in its taste with the inclusion of seaweed.
