Vegan take on Chinese hot and sour soup, brimming with silken tofu, enoki and shiitake mushrooms, black fungus, seaweed, shredded carrot, ginger, alongside cilantro and spring onion as garnishing. 🍲🍄‍🟫🥕 Smooth and appetising with a tangy and slightly spicy flavour profile!
