Quinoa tofu Patty With Satay Sauce Burger

Interesting and flavourful housemade quinoa tofu patty, thick and firm without falling apart easily - which is my main gripe with most burger patties that are made using whole foods! Loved the fusion flavour with delicious satay sauce, though there's also another version of this burger with vegan mayonnaise available. Served with nice fries and a generous amount of side salad. The peanut sauce on the tofu patty was exceptionally delicious. The bun wasn’t too great but that’s not a major red flag. Comes with fries and some great salad. Really worth giving it a try.

Delicious fusion of the satay sauce, the sauce can be more. Salad dressing is too little. Bread is a bit hard but all in all good taste!
