Interesting and flavourful housemade quinoa tofu patty, thick and firm without falling apart easily - which is my main gripe with most burger patties that are made using whole foods! Loved the fusion flavour with delicious satay sauce, though there's also another version of this burger with vegan mayonnaise available. Served with nice fries and a generous amount of side salad.
