This gut-healthy fermented raw vegan kefir cheesecake was set on a base consisting of rolled
oats and beaten brown rice, topped with crunchy buckwheat granola. Artistically plated with sweet kombucha jam and mixed fruits to balance out the tanginess of the summer berries flavour.
The dish was amazing!!! Incredible taste and the best strawberry jam ever. Would highly recommend
