Vegan Burrito Bowl

The ever dependable burrito bowl with the spicy bulgur, alongwith cajun fried tofu and rosemary potatoes is manna for hungry souls

Wanted to check out another restaurant from the #vegandiningclub Usually, I go for the #proteinbowl making my own. Today I decided to go for the #burritobowl and boy, was it tasty. The only quibble that I had was on the slightly saltier salsa

Wow! This was really good! First time at Avorush so I decided to go with their vegan burrito bowl. Consisting of bulgar (spicy bulgar was sold out), tomato salsa chipotle with kidney beans, corn, guacamole and Cajun tofu. The star of this dish is definitely the Cajun tofu! Well seasoned and crispy on the outside but yet the silky tofu still retain its shape and texture. Love the salsa chipotle too! The only downside was that I found the guacamole to be a little salty. Would definitely return to try other things on the menu! Price: $16.90

Do the math, I suppose, on where your priorities lie 😇 For the extra #protein, same #bulgur base, and a tonne of #guacamole, I think they’ve got a great contender on their hands! 🙌
