The stir-fry banana blossom is so crisp and fresh! But I dream of the moringa coconut soup, especially in this wet and rainy monsoon season. Tried to replicate it, completely failed. Help!

Mami's Tamales is very vegetarian and vegan friendly. Very clearly labeled menus if you are vegan or vegetarian I would say half the menu is vegan and vegetarian friendly.

I'll probably ask for less sauce cos I'm a less sauce kinda person. I think it was $12?

It really DOES tastes like a mcspicy. Uncanny. I do wished they had more pan fried, stewed, or baked items on their menu instead of deep fried. :)

I made falafel with their mince jackfruit instead of chickpeas. I added grated ginger, onions, zaarta and tahini. I made 8 x 50g balls and eat 2-3 per serving. Great for prepping and freezing. I baked it but gonna try it pan fried as well.

I LOVE Real Food and I'm just vege-curious. I just happen to go often cos my bestie is vegetarian. Real food is the epitome of vegetables well sourced and prepared.

Jungle Kitchen

I'm obsessed with the Coconut Sambol from Jungle Kitchen. It's a great vegan-friendly flavour maker! It's SGD$16 per can of 400g. I usually consume 50g per serving and freeze the rest.
I made a cucumber maki with it, and more
