Got one of each and flew it home to Singapore. IDR ~110K each. Flavours: Plain, Dill & Fig, Olive & Dry Tomatoes, Blue (Noni & Spirulina), Truffle & Chaga, Black Pepper & Ash. Not only is it vegan, it's high in protein. :) I've been dying to take a culinary class at Sayuri.
Another yummy aged #vegancheese from the one and only Sayuri. This is a unique flavor for sure with the unmistakably rich #truffle flavour intermingled with the earthiness of #chaga mushroom. I love it and it's so strong that I didn't find myself reaching for it as much as other flavors, also because the flavor deserves to stand out rather than be mixed up with a lot of other flavors. The package got pretty destroyed via transport because it's wrapped in paper which doesn't go great with motorbike life in the hot humid tropics. #cheese #bali #ubud
