Oseng Jantung Pisang (banana blossoms)

The stir-fry banana blossom is so crisp and fresh! But I dream of the moringa coconut soup, especially in this wet and rainy monsoon season. Tried to replicate it, completely failed. Help!

This was one of my faves because I LOVE banana blossoms but they are so hard to come by :( if you have not tried banana blossoms before you have to try this, it's wonderful!

A stir fry of banana blossoms with chilli, garlic, leek and shallots, it was typical but lovely.
