The consistency of the prepared "mince" is similar to flaked tuna. I have to wonder if I could just add vegan mayo to it and have it in a salad!

Definitely my favorite cheese of all time! Sometimes I'll grab a slice and eat it on it's own, it's that good! Works well in grilled cheese but a lower temp for longer will make it more melty.

I really didn't enjoy this product. From the taste to texture to smell. Sliced it up for pizza. Don't know how I'm going to use the other 3 in the package.

Great cheese alternative for tacos/mexican or for pizza. Doesn't melt like dairy cheese for pizza but works great for tacos.
