I grabbed these super cheap at the grocery outlet ages ago and they've been in
my freezer since. Last night I made a potato and dill soup and I wanted to add some cheesiness. I was short on time so I just plopped the frozen brick into the pot and stirred it as it melted, trying to separate the slices and chop them a bit too. It worked pretty well. These added a nice creaminess to the soup and a bit of cheddar flavour. I'll likely do something similar with the mozzarella slices I got at the same time.

These are pretty decent cheddar slices. It used to be my go-to brand before I
discovered Violife. I mostly use it on veggie burgers or sandwiches. It melts well and the taste is good. My sister in law who is vegan pretty much only buys this brand of cheese.

I bought these for making grilled cheese, and it was amazing! Grilled cheese is one
of the things I missed most as a vegan and these cheddar cheese slices definitely were my favourite for making it.
