This was also a delicious #breakfast sandwich we shared at Vida's over the weekend. This #seitan sausage was great. It was a tad #spicy and had a nice flavor. It was also paired with a thick slice #justegg and melty #vegan cheddar cheese. I also love the fresh toasted #sourdough bread. This sandwich was also a great value at only $8. This breakfast sandwich was great AND only $8. That's a great value! This was so flavorful and Carl has upped his game with his seitan meats. It just keeps getting better! We ran into one of our friends and he said Vida's has become his favorite restaurant in Columbus! This breakfast sandwich had smoked #vegan ham, Just Egg, and cheese served on fresh toasted sourdough bread. It was fantastic. Oh my goodness. This was AMAZING! I don't even care for #strawberries🍓 too much but this was incredible. Vida's has the best waffles. 👌🏼 I was feeling like I wanted to nap all day after eating, so got homemade strawberry ice cream on it, too. 😅 These waffles were stuffed with tofu-based cheesecake as well as strawberry jam. 😋 this was so filling, and really sweet. Carl makes different flavored waffles every few weeks, so there is always different flavors to try! You can never go wrong with a classic. Vida's Plant-Based Butcher has a great classic BLT (bacon, lettuce, tomato) sandwich on their menu. It has locally sourced sourdough bread, fresh tomatoes, lettuce, mayo, and the showstopper, their housemade seitan bacon. It is DELICIOUS. It has such a grear smokey flavor with a touch of sweetness. It's so enjoyable. You can buy deli slices, like bacon, in the shop as well. This was a good price at $10! #veganisnotscary #abillionlove #govegan #ditchdairy ##recyclable

If you live near Columbus and you haven't tried Vida's stuffed waffles, you ain't living.🌿 Everything about this was absolutely fantastic. The #waffle batter itself is soooo good. March 2025 update I first had this sandwich in 2023 when they rolled out their Saturday breakfast and brunch menu. Note, this sandwich is only available on Saturday. The sandwich has remained basically the same, but they made the sandwich a lot bigger. This is also probably my favorite sandwich on their menu (both breakfast and normal). It has salty vegan egg , lettuce, diced tomato, sugared #seitan bacon, and avocado. Man, is it good. Update march 2025 I ordered this club several years ago on Vida's grand opening weekend. It is a totally different sandwich now. Carl does have a habit of updating menu items. This is now a huge double layered sandwich with three entire slice of sourdough. The sandwich has #housemade seitan turkey, smoked vegan ham, bacon, vegan mayo, mustard, and vegan cheddar cheese it also has lettuce, tomato and onions! This is a HUGE sandwich and serving size and a pretty great price at only $14. Everything on the sandwich from the faux #seitan meats and cheeses are made in-house, and the bread is sourced locally. Vida's is also LGBTQ owned and run! With the weather getting nicer this is a great hangout spot with a beautiful patio! #vegan #veganfortheanimals #abillionlove #veganisnotscary #ditchdairy
