This breakfast sandwich was great AND only $8. That's a great value! This was so flavorful and Carl has upped his game with his seitan meats. It just keeps getting better! We ran into one of our friends and he said Vida's has become his favorite restaurant in Columbus! This breakfast sandwich had smoked #vegan ham, Just Egg, and cheese served on fresh toasted sourdough bread. It was fantastic. The salted egg added a nice flavor combo to the smoked seitan ham.
