Crispy Bowl at Vida's Plant Based Butcher — edav334's Review (Mar 11, 2025)

I had this when it was in beta testing years ago, and now it is permanently on the brunch menu, and even better than before! Crispy fried hash browns make the bowl and it's filled with house made sausage, just egg, sweet potato, red peppers, Brussels sprouts, beets, onion, and corn all topped with a delicious sausage gravy. So filling and SO tasty!
