So pleasantly spicy, with a clear broth. Among other ingredients, we have tofu and delicious soy cutlets. There are also seitan slices (?) but these are somehow nothing special. *** [PL] 🌱 Kolejna pozycja, której spróbowałem w mojej ulubionej, wegańskiej kuchni wietnamskiej w Vege Kitchen to Bún Hue. 🌶️ To pozycja słodko pikantna. Tak przyjemnie ostra, z klarownym bulionem. Wśród dodatków mamy tofu oraz przepyszny kotlet sojowy. Są też plastry seitanu (?) ale te jakoś nie zapadają w pamięć.

Perfect vegan bun hue, the right depth of flavor of the broth, enough of the funkiness of taste, good meats, good spice level. I could have fewer noodles and more of the other stuff. But I'm also just not that much of a noodle person. Some of my favorite food.
