Bun Hue at Vege Kitchen — negativesplendor's Review (Mar 29, 2020)

Perfect vegan bun hue, the right depth of flavor of the broth, enough of the funkiness of taste, good meats, good spice level. I could have fewer noodles and more of the other stuff. But I'm also just not that much of a noodle person.
