This was not some dainty raw salad. It was crunchy, smokey, saucy, meaty but still with all the delicious fresh vegetables. Please give me one now.

It's all about the right balance of the best ingredients with a Chicago style, and here they get it. Just don't go right at lunch time when it's packed and they might rush the hot dog off the grill too early. Damn do I miss these things.

This photo isn't great, so disregard the meh bacon and the Just eggs (delicious), this is all about that sausage which is juicy and greasy, with the right tender and chunky texture, and super meaty flavor.

The vegan hot dogs from the Żabka (that means frog and it's like a 7eleven here) come in one of those hollowed out crunchy warm breads that you can add whatever condiment sauce too, and then they stick the warm hot dog in. more
