Beyond Meat Sausages are highly praised for their authentic taste and texture, closely resembling traditional meat sausages. They are versatile, suitable for grilling, frying, and incorporating into various dishes like hot dogs, pastas, and casseroles. While some find them a bit greasy and heavily spiced, the majority appreciate their flavor and ease of cooking. They are a popular choice among vegans and non-vegans alike, though noted to be a bit pricey. Overall, they are a celebrated plant-based alternative to meat sausages, offering a satisfying and flavorful experience.

Caveat to this review: I never really liked the taste of meat, so products that are too "meat-y" I generally dislike. But if you are the opposite and miss the taste of meat, you might love this product! I like that these alternative products are available as it makes it easy to bring to something like a cookout, for example, and omnivores are more likely to try and enjoy them. However, they are really not that much healthier than meat (except for the health of the planet and animals, of course 😊). In particular, the fake casing on plant based #sausage like this really grosses me out. And all of the #grease that comes out when cooked (see picture two). It doesn't have a bad flavor, it's really just the #texture that turns me off. #sorrynotsorry #veganmeat #fakemeat #beyondmeat #meatismurder #meatalternative

WARNING: Long-ass review ahead ‼️ After a painfully long hiatus and anxiety-building backlog 😮‍💨 (also, moving’s a b!tch) I finally figured out the most rightful way i can honour my #500threview A.K.A. my 1st carrot 🥕 Being stubborn as I am, I like to go chronologically but alas… i thought I’d hack it with a bonus of my 1st #throwbackthursday #review too! It just made sense for it to be one of my earliest introductions to #plantbased #mockmeat 🥹 Hence, the early days of more shotty photos 😅 From topping my knife cut noodles, to stamppot + leftover fusion pasta 🤪 then, the first roasted potate ‘n’ veggie combo I had with @dafnelately 🥰 later evolving to my days in Kuching of needing to make my own buns for my cheesy mushroom dawg 😛 *takes deep breathe* only to finally sample it as a classic #hotdog with mustard 😋 THEY AAAALLLLL WORK. Because what?! Beyond Meat f*cking SLAPS. It just speaks to my #savoury soul 🙌 When done right, it returns every bit of that wonderful bite you search for in a great #bratwurst #sausage 🤪 I haven’t found a single culinary context it has failed me 😆 And now that I’m in Singapore, I only look forward to the endless supply of shenanigans I hope to have with it ❤️ (Plus, it’s crazy how much more economical it is here compared to Kuching 😅) From paying RM60 to $16ish for the same thing 😝 Thank you #abillion and everyone in this amazing community for helping me make my dreams of living the sustainable life I always want come true 💚 #abillionlove to all 🥕
