Caveat to this review: I never really liked the taste of meat, so products that are too "meat-y" I generally dislike. But if you are the opposite and miss the taste of meat, you might love this product! I like that these alternative products are available as it makes it easy to bring to something like a cookout, for example, and omnivores are more likely to try and enjoy them. However, they are really not that much healthier than meat (except for the health of the planet and animals, of course 😊). In particular, the fake casing on plant based #sausage like this really grosses me out. And all of the #grease that comes out when cooked (see picture two). It doesn't have a bad flavor, it's really just the #texture that turns me off. #sorrynotsorry
