Crispy creamy abalone mushroom

It’s a simple yet satisfying dish, would definitely get this again the next time round :-)

It’s nice, flavorful and crispy, provided you get to eat it in the restaurant. Tends to get harder and dryer once you pack this home.

My mum was really good at making sure everything is vegan from here haha. This is a little creamy but has such good texture! I love it with rice. The mushrooms are crispy and the flavour is quite fragrant. Good use to ingredients and i love how it’s coated too. Would happily eat this all on my own!
