Crispy creamy abalone mushroom

My mum was really good at making sure everything is vegan from here haha.
This is a little creamy but has such good texture! I love it with rice. The mushrooms are crispy and the flavour is quite fragrant.
Good use to ingredients and i love how it’s coated too. Would happily eat this all on my own!
