Ordered via Grabfood again for this One of their best-sellers apparently, but i guess it’s just not my preference Simple but tasty Light, u can taste the #truffleoil , was hoping they have more veges actually but all they had was tht few stalks, a few pieces of #mockprawns
Pleasantly spongy and chewy Hong Kong-style ee-fu noodles, infused with a hint of truffle oil for a modern twist! Served alongside leafy greens, beansprouts, shredded carrot, shimeji mushrooms, and konjac ‘prawns’. 🥬🥕🍤 Ee fu noodles are commonly served during festive occasions, but the noodle dough is typically made with wheat flour and egg, so I’m always grateful when there are vegan versions of it available. 🥢 Ordered this for home delivery for my non-veg family’s birthday month celebration; my non-veg sis was happy with this fusion dish as yee mein is one of her favourite Chinese food hehe~ (Allium-free, $8.90 for Oddle delivery 🚚) #sgvegan #alliumfree #chinesefood #veganisnotscary 👻
I don't like truffle, although some people tell me that truffle is for sophisticated taste buds. I usually don't eat things with truffle in them, unless I get overly curious and try it and then start drinking every single drink I can get my hands on. This was different! The truffle taste was very very mild, which was good for me, but maybe not for those who like truffle. The noodles were well cooked and seasoned
Truffle taste was not too strong and that was great. Would order this again.
Unlike the truffle #eefu noodles I had at their main restaurant in Irrawaddy road, this one has significantly less #truffle fragrant and it includes more #vegetables like #carrots and greens 🥬 . Very mild #wokhei 😢 Serving time was less than 10 minutes as I was the only customer at that time, I miss the better truffle eefu noodles
