
This Lomo saltado was the star of the show. Its a very tradicional dish, veganized. I ocasionally cook it home with seitan, and its a delight having the oportunity to taste it made by professional hands, in a restaurant. I was surprised. They changed the cook a few months ago and this plate went missing, but they listened to suggestions and now the dish is back!! The goddamn flavour in this sauce was so good i had to do a dramatic pause to convince myself it was real. So yeah, if you got the chance, please eat this!

Muy parecido al original, el sabor, la textura. Es bastante calórico sobretodo si se sirve con arroz, recomendable en invierno como segundo plato o como único plato.
