Karotten lachs brotchen

This was an interesting interpretation of the carrot lox. Very pleasing to the eye and overall tasty. Personally I found the spread a bit too thick and therefore overpowering the taste of the „lox“. I liked the sandwich but next time I‘ll probably choose the Tempeh Cashew Keese panini again 😊

Totally surprising and yummy! I saw it coming and was weirded out at first. It looked and smell like smoked salmon. I tasted it and I could not believe it. Slightly crunchier than smoked salmon but in terms of taste, truly amazing! Loved it!
