Totally surprising and yummy! I saw it coming and was weirded out at first. It looked and smell like smoked salmon. I tasted it and I could not believe it. Slightly crunchier than smoked salmon but in terms of taste, truly amazing! Loved it!

But if there’s salmon on it, it’s not vegan at al. It‘s not even veggie isn’t it?
