I like this one so much haha. It looks like a miniature donut but Vadai is made of lentils so it has a kinda special texture.
The vadai is nicely fried till cripsy and the filling is soft. The sambar is a bit salty for my taste but overall a nice snack.
The ABSOLUTE BEST sambar vada I've ever had! Usually the sambar feels heavy or the vada is too oily or dry but this restaurant absolutely nailed it! I ordered it again because it was that good. Due to the covid situation, the restaurant has switched from buffet to ala carte. That's caused no drop in quality though!
