Sambar Vadai at Annalakshmi Restaurant — Kowshik Sundararajan's Review (Aug 16, 2020)

The ABSOLUTE BEST sambar vada I've ever had! Usually the sambar feels heavy or the vada is too oily or dry but this restaurant absolutely nailed it! I ordered it again because it was that good.

Due to the covid situation, the restaurant has switched from buffet to ala carte. That's caused no drop in quality though!
