I’m a bit of a connoisseur when it comes to tofu (just like every vegan) and I like my extra firm tofu erm… extra firm. This one is not quite extra firm (like the goat, Sunrise). But it fries up nice and does the job! Holds more

Elite taste! Perfect for thanksgiving or Xmas etc. Have fed to relatives on the sly and they thought it was meat lol. Comes with gravy! A little pricey but worth it.

Just… awesome. I love tofu scram, don’t get me wrong. But these really remind me of scrambled eggs. Remember the tims eggs before they started using “fresh cracked” eggs. It tastes like those. Airy and eggy so good with more

Oat milk has officially ended the dairy industry :). I hope, anyway. Smooth and creamy with a delicious taste. Great for cereal or cooking etc. Great product!

This is a great vegan rendition of Parmesan cheese. Texture is spot on grates just like parm. Great for sprinkling over pasta. But, will it be good for cacio e pepe? I think yes, but I’ve yet to try!
