First we tried it on a sandwich with just about everything in the kitchen topping wise on Ezekiel toast.
Second we tried it open face with some hot guacamole, veggies, and salsa on sprouted grain bread.
We both prefer the first version since it remindes both of us of a Tim Hortons / McDonald folded egg.. less eggy taste more buttery and texture
I will purchase this again on sale, but I think it should maybe come with 6 for the price?
