This salad was very fresh with mixed greens, sliced cucumber, cherry tomato and what I thought were some type of noodle on top, but I think it is actually the Japanese daikon radish. Served with a carrot ginger dressing which was very flavorful! I loved it!

Thanks to seeing @yourfriendjen review of this dish we decided to try this place out for dinner! This soup was delicious! We both loved it! I asked for lime to add to my soup and it went perfectly with the spiciness of the chili 🌶! The mushrooms were flavorful and cooked perfectly. Bok choy 🥬 tender but not over cooked. This is the only vegan ramen they are offering at this time. I asked about the other ramen reviewed on abillion but the waitress said it’s not currently available. The only other vegan dish is the salad-San with carrot ginger dressing which is soy based and vegan 🌱😋🥰🌶🍜🍲 Hope this place will start to offer more options for us!🤞🏼

This was one of my favorite veggie ramens in a while. The broth was so flavorful!! They subbed the noodles for Gluten free noodles because those are also vegan. The noodles were fine, but the broth made up for it. Veggie broth with a rich sesame miso, braised cremini mushrooms, bok choy, fresh tofu, green onion, fried garlic, kizami nori, and sesame chili oil
