Review of Tantan-san Ramen at Ramen-san by yourfriendjen

This was one of my favorite veggie ramens in a while. The broth was so flavorful!! They subbed the noodles for Gluten free noodles because those are also vegan. The noodles were fine, but the broth made up for it.
