Review of Tantan-san Ramen at Ramen-san by berryveganplanet

Thanks to seeing @yourfriendjen review of this dish we decided to try this place out for dinner! This soup was delicious! We both loved it! I asked for lime to add to my soup and it went perfectly with the spiciness of the chili 🌶! The mushrooms were flavorful and cooked perfectly. Bok choy 🥬 tender but not over cooked. This is the only vegan ramen they are offering at this time. I asked about the other ramen reviewed on abillion but the waitress said it’s not currently available.
The only other vegan dish is the salad-San with carrot ginger dressing which is soy based and vegan 🌱😋🥰🌶🍜🍲
Hope this place will start to offer more options for us!🤞🏼
