We had the 3 course surprise menu of the “Weinstube” Restaurant which is one of three restaurants in the hotel. Since it is a surprise menu, you will most likely not get the same meals as we did. I would like to rate the menu anyways because I did not ever receive a meal there that wasn’t extremely tasty. For starters it was fried shiitake mushrooms, main course was seitan in puff pastry with beans and mashed potatoes and desert chocolate mousse with berries and ice cream. It was delicious! I translated the meal names with google, in german it is: frittierte Shiitake-Pilze, Seitan im Blätterteig mit Bohnen und Kartoffelpüree, Schokoladenmousse mit Beeren und Eis
