Nicolayburger 2.0 at Hotel Nicolay 1881 — Stef's Review (Feb 13, 2020)

Protein patty (kidney beans and seitan) with traditional toppings, such as onions, tomatoes, cucumbers and mayo. It was big and not easy to eat but for the rest it was good.
