Steaks From Seitan, Tofu And Soy at Hotel Nicolay 1881 — Stef's Review (Feb 13, 2020)

This is a one pot meal which is baked in the oven. Veggies were crunchy and delicious and I enjoyed them. The steaks were a little bit soft for me and the sauce was strong and overpowered the veggies.
