
Risotto with black truffle and a few soybeans. The vegan version basically removed the mascarpone cream and croquette, without any other ingredients swapped in. The texture wasn't like what I would expect of risotto, and was more similar to Chinese porridge. There was also virtually no ingredients; would have appreciated vegan replacements such as a lentil croquette or roasted mushrooms. The taste can be stronger. Felt like it was lacking in flavour.
Came with a potato croquette and a thin slice of truffle. Overall it was well-cooked with balanced flavors (not too salty too)—anyone who’s a fan of truffle should give it a go!
Omg I loved the truffle sauce in this, it was quite filling and presented in such a cute plate too!
