Grilled Cheese Kimchi Sandwich

This didn’t look very appetising but you can’t judge a book by it’s cover! The sandwich is 😍😍😍 did not expect kimchi to go so well with vegan cheese and the rye bread 🍞 me and my friend shared this meal so it wasn’t too overwhelming, definitely one of their ⭐️ dishes!

Very impressed with this sandwich! It has a grilled/smokey taste and the kimchi is flavourful. Has a subtle grilled cheese flavour and texture, compliments the kimchi well. Not cheap but would recommend trying.

This is a unique flavour for sure. Never tried a kimchi flavoured sandwich. The spicy level is just fine, has vegan cheese in it too. Good portion of salad together. Great dish!

Love the combination of kimchi and vegan cheese. The crispy sourdough goes well with everything. It’s the fusion idea that got me to try this. . I’m quite a big eater, furthermore kimchi, to me, kinda like an appetiser that makes me to eat other food! The kimchi sandwich had nice flavours but it needed the cheese to be melted and more stuck together so that all the veggies don’t fall out when you take a bite.
