The mushroom gravy is what really pulled us in to pick this dish. @jonok makes a wonderful mushroom gravy, so we like to see how restaurants approach theirs. This sweet potato mash was the creamiest mash I've ever had. I'm not sure I could say I really liked it that creamy. When I make mashed potatoes at home, I keep the skin on and roughly mash it so it has more texture. The pepitas on top were the only thing that really gave this dish any texture. The mushroom gravy was nice, but I think I could have used more salt.
