Pickled and charcoal-grilled cauliflower that remained juicy and tender, sitting atop a smoky and umami macadamia romesco sauce. 🔥🍅 For some reason this reminded me of BBQ wings from my childhood, and I was stunned by how the flavours could be so delicious. 🍗🥹 Also topped with spiced fried shallots, as well as an herb and flower salad. 🌼🌿 Btw I was slightly amused that the al fresco dining 33 levels above ground was so windy that the flowers started flying around 😂 ($36) #sgvegan #veganoptions #wholefoodplantbased #wfpb

Instead of usual flour pasta, this housemade pasta incorporated brewer's spent grain flour, which is a byproduct of the brewing process (primarily consisting of the solid remnants of malted barley). Appreciated the effort to reduce food waste and close the loop within their in-house brewery, not to mention the fibre boost! 🍝🍻 Topped with stout-braised shiitake mushroom ragu and chives. 🍄‍🟫 My partner loved this so much, he even wrote an ode to it HAHAHA ($37) #sgvegan #veganoptions #wholefoodplantbased #wfpb

The dish itself was delicious and filling; a great snack to pair with some beers. The bread to dip ratio is off, though - even if you fully load every bite, there’s no way to eat all the dip with two pieces of flatbread. I think they charged us $5 for an extra piece. Also, the service here was terrrrible. Hopefully it was just an off night but we could not get the staff’s attention when we wanted to refill our empty glasses. We ended up enjoying the view for the duration of the hummus and one beer each, then went to Heart of Darkness for craft brews.
