Bonus overly dramatic review from my partner 📝 "One may think this would be your typical cauliflower steak that usually fails to impress, but lo and behold, this was in sports terms, the MVP. Locals would rave amongst themselves over the charred smokiness reminiscent of East Coast Park chicken wings, and it would bring upon waves of nostalgia. Time would become relative, transporting us back to childhood memories of local heritage flavours. A slight hint of tears would wet our corneas, a little mischievous grin would form just like the children we once were. The cauliflower truly bloomed like a flower."
