This 3-course meal was innovative, elegant, delicious, and beautiful. It consisted of:
1st Course – roasted beet bisque drizzled with vibrant, tangy, creamy ají verde salsa. This rich and creamy soup had an incredibly delicious combination of flavors that included sweet, savory, and earthy.
2nd Course – Pastel de Papas: seasoned soy curls, mushrooms, onions, and olives topped with mashed potatoes and accompanied by a smoked carrot sauce, basil chimichurri, and microgreens. With a crave-worthy mix of complimentary flavors and textures, this was fabulous.
3rd Course – chocolate flan served with fresh berries. This was both rich and light, so dreamy.
