I was so incredibly excited to discover this restaurant! As a vegan who loves Thai food but with a partner with a severe nut allergy, this nut free vegan Thai restaurant really was finding the holy grail - and the food was amazing! This was a super refreshing and light mango milkshake with coconut and mint - very cooling alongside the spicy food and a lovely fruity flavour.

I was so incredibly excited to discover this restaurant! As a vegan who loves Thai food but with a partner with a severe nut allergy, this nut free vegan Thai restaurant really was finding the holy grail - and the food was amazing! My partner had the red curry with tofu - as someone with a nut allergy this was his first ever authentic Thai curry and it definitely made him see why I like Thai food so much! I tried some too and it was great - medium spicy, warming and very zesty. It was also a big serving and came with rice.

As a main I had this fried rice - it was a huge portion. The rice had Northern Thai-style spicy herbaceous pea protein (which tasted something like fried egg in egg fried rice) with garlic, chilli, kaffir lime leaf, lemongrass, galangal, turmeric. It was a great balance of zesty and spicy - there was an option to choose the heat level, I went for extra spicy which had a good kick while still being very edible.

As a starter I couldn’t not have the satay - this used vegan soy meat, covered in nut free creamy satay marinade and served with a spicy sauce. While it obviously didn’t have peanuts (which I love) this still hit a spot for me and was a super tasty and filling appetiser.

Super tasty phad thai in a fully vegan restaurant 🌱 I had a meal that I haven’t seen reviewed on a billion before. It was delicious, filling but the beyond meat reminded me of a burger 😅 but it worked well in it anyway

Ok, I really wanted dimsums for starters and decided to share these with my friend. But the dish wasn’t quite what I expected. It wasn’t like in the menu picture either (photo of dimsums) These look like they were summer rolls cut in pieces. Still, they tasted ok. Probably the first time I’ve been disappointed by a dish here. 🤷

Tried one of the new dishes! The flavour was great, big portion and there was lots of “shrimp” too. Not too spicy but we could add chili if needed. I liked the shrimp texture, not sure what it was made of, I think they should mention it on the menu.

Just too good! Love all their “not really fish” dishes on menu. Hope I got the name right.. Stir fried vegan `fish` with bean paste, celery, coriander, sesame oil, pepper, ginger, red onion, garlic and mixed veggies. Comes with rice. It’s a bit pricey but totally worth it. The texture of the vegan fish is great, maybe not exactly like fish, but quite close and even better imo. It’s layered with seaweed and chickpea batter. One of my go-to dishes at our fav vegan restaurant in Helsinki 😊 delicious stir fried pea protein with veggies in a tamarind based sauce .. served with thick rice. No complaints really.
