I was so incredibly excited to discover this restaurant! As a vegan who loves Thai food but with a partner with a severe nut allergy, this nut free vegan Thai restaurant really was finding the holy grail - and the food was amazing!
As a main I had this fried rice - it was a huge portion. The rice had Northern Thai-style spicy herbaceous pea protein (which tasted something like fried egg in egg fried rice) with garlic, chilli, kaffir lime leaf, lemongrass, galangal, turmeric. It was a great balance of zesty and spicy - there was an option to choose the heat level, I went for extra spicy which had a good kick while still being very edible.
